| ABOUT US
Opened in 1999, ComQuest Academy was founded on the
belief that all children can learn and that education
is paramount to a strong society. ComQuest Academy
endeavors to offer Academic and Career & Technology
                            education opportunities to all populations.

ComQuest Academy follows the mandatory credit requirements
determined by the State of Texas. The curriculum,
Star Spangled Skills, was developed by The Charter
Resource Center in San Antonio and is aligned with
the state-developed TEKS (Texas Assessment of Knowledge
and Skills). In addition, the curriculum is
supplemented with appropriate material to address state
required preparation for state assessment.  For this reason, students transferring
from the traditional school districts are able to
transition easily in most cases. ComQuest Academy
believes in a "learning by doing" philosophy,
and tries to model classes after this philosophy.
ComQuest Academy accepts 7th to 12th
graders from the Tomball area and surrounding vicinities.
                            Classes are
kept small and in most cases, there are no more than
20 students per class. We are tuition free and offer
remote/virtual and in person learning. ComQuest Academy requires that high
school students participate in the program for workforce
development. It is the policy of ComQuest Academy
Charter not to discriminate on the basis of race,
color, national origin, sex, handicap, or age in its
vocational programs, services or activities as
required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of
1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education
Amendements of 1972; and Section 504 of the
Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. ComQuest
will take steps to assure that lack of English
language skills will not be a barrier to admission
and participation in all educational and vocational
programs. Students who have a job or hold regular
volunteer positions earn elective credit. To
be eligible for the full credit, students are required
to work 15-20 hours per week.
