ABOUT
CQA A LONESTAR ACADEMY
Opened in 1999, ComQuest Academy Charter High School was founded on the
belief that all children can learn and that education
is paramount to a strong society. CQA A Lonestar
Academy is the newest addition to the ComQuest
Academy Charter. We are now enrolling students
for grades Kindergarten through 6th grade for
tuition free instruction. CQA A Lonestar Academy
offers remote/virtual and in person learning. CQA A
Lonestar Academy is accredited by the State of
Texas. All of the grade levels are taught according
to the TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills)
for that grade. Remote/virtual instructional
opportunities are offered. Students are required to participate
in the state mandatory testing (STAAR test).
The students of A Lonestar
Academy will be taught by motivated, passionate, and
nurturing teachers and staff. The curriculum used
will encourage learning through music, creativity,
and imagination. Students will participate in
gardening, cooking, knitting/sewing, and various
crafting actvities.
A Lonestar Academy accepts Kindergarten to 6th graders from
the Tomball area and surrounding vicinities. We
serve 85-90 students per semester and classes are
kept small.
